We respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling your scheduled hair appointments. Failure to do so could result in a 50% charge for services booked.

Any guest scheduling a wedding party must provide a working mastercard or visa. We ask for one weeks notice to avoid being charged.

Please note that failing to give the appropriate notice does not allow us the proper amount of time to book someone else in your previously reserved time. 

It's our responsibility to support our commissioned stylist and to better serve our valued guest.
